Shipping via O/T (Our Truck)
In this section we will cover how to utilize the Our Truck shipping scenario
O/T Designation Conversion & Picking

A user will select the O/T designation located on the Quote prior to conversion

Once Converted and the Pick Ticket generated. A user will pick the items available for shipping

The User will then take the pick ticket to the computer and open Warehouse manager (Inventory -> Warehouse Manager-> Shipping) or Inventory -> Shipping -> Picking

- Enter the Order # OR find the order in the picking queue

Click the order to open the shipper

Pick all items if you picked all items. Manually type the quantity picked per line item in the “Qty Picked” field if you didn’t pick all items

Set Staging Location for your Truck Area

A packing list will automatically print by default

Physically package material and place material in Truck Area staging location, this order will be added as a stop in the active, “Truck Area” manifest
